For many years, I have been working with every aspect of employment law covering lawsuits and counselling of lay-offs and hiring of salaried workers and managing directors, various forms of discrimination, restrictive covenants and any other employment related issues. I am co-author of several books on this area, and I have held both intern and extern courses on employment legal issues for years.

I have been acting as board member and sparring partner of a number of both small and midrange companies. As such, I have given advice on the most common issues regarding commercial law and drafting of contracts. My range of work include amongst others trade agent contracts, share transfer agreements and shareholder’s agreements.

As a defense counsel, I conduct all kinds of criminal proceedings covering the area of the criminal law itself but also cases of violation of specific legislation e.g., work environment legislation. In my experience the best results in criminal proceeding are accomplished if the defense counsel is involved in the case as early as possible. Therefore, it is important that you contact a lawyer as soon as you are called for a questioning by the police.

Many lawyers seldom or never go to court. It is my belief however that litigation is a core service as a lawyer. I am admitted to the Danish Supreme Court and I plead every kind of legal and arbitral proceeding including case. I am a certified arbitrator, and for a period, I’ve been an acting as a High Court judge in the Western Division of the Danish High Court.
